Hi goups, You are now entering the phase of building the questionnaire. As you know you will be -preferably- using a shared workspace for this. This is Google docs and spreadsheets. This is a collaborative document production software. It is just like MS Word except unlike in Word you can share your documents with your group mates and you can develop your documents working together on the same document with your group mates. It also has additional advantages like versioning, richer export import facilities, immediate publishing on the web, etc. You are expected to develop your questionaire by creating a document for your questionnaire using Google docs and spreadsheets and working on it collaboratively with your group mates to improve it. I encourage you to use Google docs and spreadsheets right from the beginning in order to get the most out of it.
